We took this classic family home, and turned it into a million dollar dream.
Taking time & care to ensure we made the most out of the pre-existing floor layout, whilst working to open up the entertaining areas to create a stunning example of seamless indoor & outdoor living.
Relocating the bedrooms allowed us to create a modern, open plan, living-eating-entertaining area that was centrally located around a stunning chef’s kitchen upgrade. The master bedroom now boasts a giant walk-in-robe and a luxurious, dual sinked ensuite.
However, it’s outside that we really made the magic happen. Upgrading the whole outdoor alfresco as an all-in-one eating, drinking and entertaining space. The kids are left to enjoy the newly installed below ground pool, as mum & dad cook up a storm at the built-in BBQ and drinks bar. A custom designed roof terrace was built over the pre-existing alfresco area, and offers an upper-level of seating and entertaining, looking out over the self-contained pool house.

After spending over decades in Perth working as a builder and a broker and helping a range of clients get into new homes, delays and price hikes caused me to take a step back a little, and look at the bigger picture. We’re often fast to “grow out” of our own homes, and feel the urge to move onto something new. I wanted to help the people of Perth fall back in love with their current homes by offering them the beauty of luxurious, boutique, renovations.
